We have participated in a wide range of redevelopment, master planning and urban design guidelines studies in communities across Ontario. A number of these studies have lead directly to architectural projects which we have had the opportunity to complete. This experience has provided us with a commitment to design options that extend the role of the building in enhancing the immediate and future context of the site. This experience has also equipped us to deal effectively with planning departments and other municipal agencies critical to the success of every development project.
